Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Finance Analytics (the "App"), a Shopify application providing a Cash on Delivery (COD) checkout form builder, order and profit analytics, fulfillment tracking, and Meta/TikTok ad attribution. By installing or using the App, you ("Merchant") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

The App provides the following features:

  • A customizable COD checkout form delivered to your storefront, replacing or supplementing the native "Buy it now" button, with configurable fields, styling, quantity offers, and fbts.
  • Automatic creation of real Shopify orders (via draft orders marked with pending payment status) from COD form submissions.
  • Dashboards for revenue, cash collections, net profit, and return-rate analytics.
  • Fulfillment tracking, including surfacing orders that may need attention.
  • Optional attribution reporting for connected Meta and TikTok ad accounts.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

As the Merchant, you are responsible for:

  • Configuring the COD form, shipping rates, and pricing accurately — the App displays what you configure and does not independently verify pricing or shipping correctness.
  • Complying with all laws applicable to Cash on Delivery sales, consumer protection, data privacy, and e-commerce in the jurisdictions where you operate and sell.
  • Actually collecting payment from customers and fulfilling COD orders — the App creates the order record in Shopify; it does not process, hold, or guarantee collection of any payment.
  • Complying with the advertising policies of Meta and TikTok if you connect ad accounts through the App.
  • Maintaining accurate contact and business information for any orders created.

4. Orders Created Through the App

Every submission through the COD form creates a genuine Shopify order using your store's actual product pricing, tax, and inventory settings, tagged so it can be identified as a COD order. The App does not process card payments, hold funds, or act as a payment processor of any kind — orders are created with a pending/unpaid financial status, reflecting that payment is collected by you (or your delivery partner) at the time of delivery.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Connecting Meta or TikTok ad accounts is optional and subject to each platform's own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party platforms, and any suspension or change to their APIs may affect related features in the App.

6. Availability and Modifications

We aim to keep the App available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, add, or remove features at any time, and will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect how the App functions.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost profits, lost orders, or issues arising from misconfigured form settings, shipping rates, or third-party ad platform integrations.

8. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of data in connection with the App is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. Upon uninstallation, your store's data is deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if required to comply with Shopify's own policies.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of RabbitROI. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our intellectual property beyond what's necessary to use the App as intended.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
